Unprofessional. Not trustworthy. Excuses after excuse as to why they will not complete the job. Very awful experience. Anger issues. Workmanship not up to good standards. Will try to cut corners. Do not recommend.

 Beware Vue Windows!! I wish I had read reviews of this company before hiring Vue Windows, operated by Dennis Walker - all the negative reviews I am now finding have been accurate. 

There were delays upon delays getting our windows installed and this company, still, 2 years later, has not finished installing them. After pressuring him to get the windows installed before we moved into the house during the summer of 2021, Dennis rushed the job by installing the the windows with plexiglass - without saying anything about glass not being in the windows. When asked, he said he would be back to "finish" the job later. After more pressure, he finally installed the glass but said he still had a little more finishing work to do - to which he still has not completed the task. The windows are very drafty and have started coming apart - so add poor quality to the list of complaints. 

I tried to be patient with Dennis because of Covid and because he claims to have had a fire at his business, but he has never been proactive - I was always the one who reached out to get anything accomplished. As a previous reviewer indicated, there were so many excuses and not enough followthrough: After so much time trying to get Dennis to finish this job - I can now relate. I recently reached out to Dennis again, and when he didn't follow through, I submitted a complaint to the Canadian Better Business Bureau. 

Finally Dennis came by the house to make a list of repairs and set a date to finish the install - but instead of finishing the job, I am now being given an ultimatum by Dennis Walker that if I don't remove the review with the Canadian Better Business Bureau, he will not finish the job. I have been so incredibly patient with this guy - I have given him so much slack and he has failed to produce each time. I also gave him a deposit for a door almost 2 years ago and I have seen no evidence that he intends to do the job. 

I have asked him to return our deposit to which nothing has happened. Perhaps he needs a few more frank and honest reviews to get the message. Do not hire these people to install anything! Beware!! If I could give zero stars I would.
