Vue Windows... Thief and a liar!
Denis Walker came to my house in October of 2022 to take measurements and give me an invoice for windows that needed replacement. He was friendly and professional and assured me that he would have a quick turn around for my order and everything would be done by December 2022 or before the New Year at the latest.
3/6 windows in my house were cracked by the previous owner and winter was coming fast. Other companies were scheduling installs for September of the following year with similar prices therefore going with Vue Windows was the obvious choice.
He sent me a very professional invoice with my measurments and asked for a 50% deposit of 4000$ in order to place the order with his suppliers. The transfer was made and the nightmare began...
After multiple ignored phone calls and texts, I started calling the companies on his invoices to try to get my windows. One of the companies on the invoice says he's never heard of him and the other company has no order that matches my name, information or measurements... my windows were never ordered.
To this day, Denis still claims my windows were ordered and are sitting in a warehouse. I've offered multiple times to go pick them up myself, pay off the rest of the order directly to the supplier and install the windows myself. He just keeps lying and still to this day has never sent me any proof that the windows were ordered and paid for.
